I’m A.M. Yale — and yes, I’m the one who finally lost the weight after a lifetime of trying all the things. Spoiler: it wasn’t magic… unless you count GLP-1 as a kind of magic that comes with a user manual.
I wrote GLP-1 Exit Plan because I realized something: the real success isn’t just in losing the weight, it’s in knowing what to do next. That’s where nutrition, movement, and mindset come in — not as punishment, but as the tools for a life you actually love living.
Food Informed is my way of paying it forward. This isn’t another “eat this, not that” lecture — it’s where you’ll find clarity, confidence, and yes, a little food joy. We laugh here. We learn here. We leave behind the idea that your journey has to be perfect (spoiler again: it won’t be).
